For contributors
Contributor guide
We welcome contributions from colleagues at any partner institution who would like to share resources they have developed or develop new ones in collaboration with us. This guide explains how to contribute and what we ask of every resource we publish.
What kinds of resources we host
We host teaching and learning experiences, specifically interactive HTML files, videos, and podcasts. You are also free to send us static materials, and we can support you in adapting them to a more interactive format.
Quality, sources, and the use of AI
- Cite your sources: where a resource makes substantive claims about pedagogy, policy, or research practice, cite the source. Distinguish clearly between established practice, institutional preference, and opinion.
- Use authoritative, current sources: link to primary sources where possible, and check that links work at submission and again at each review.
- Acknowledge the use of AI tools: if you have used generative AI substantially in producing the resource for drafting, summarising, generating examples, or producing visual or audio content, please disclose this in a brief acknowledgement at the end of the resource. Substantial use means more than incidental editing or proofreading. Contributors are responsible for verifying every factual claim, citation, and example, regardless of whether AI was used to produce it. Editorial responsibility for the resource rests with the contributor, not with the tool.
