Jose Armando Núñez Villasmil

Jose Núñez is a Digital Learning and AI Specialist at the Hertie School, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, educational technology, and instructional design. With over 20 years of experience in digital education and multimedia production, he focuses on integrating generative AI, prompt engineering, and intelligent AI assistants into teaching, learning, and academic workflows.

At the Hertie School, he develops AI-enhanced learning experiences, delivers practical AI training for faculty and staff, and explores innovative approaches to digital pedagogy. He co-developed Teaching and Learning with CIVICA and created Prompt & Play, a video series introducing educators to practical applications of generative AI.

Jose holds a Master's degree in eLearning from the University of Seville and a Master's degree in Gamification and Transmedia Storytelling from IEBS Business School.
