Teja Adarsh Dodda

Teja Adarsh Dodda holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School, with a specialisation in social policy and climate governance, and a BA (Hons.) in Public Policy from O.P. Jindal Global University. Their work spans artificial intelligence and labour markets, democracy and fundamental rights, and urban and environmental governance, with a focus on equity and intersectionality. During his studies, Teja worked as a Student Assistant to the Academic Counselling team at Hertie and to the AI Workforce and Innovation team at Interface EU, and won the DAAD Award at Hertie in 2025.
